Khobi Colchis Pheasant Breeding Farm Has Been Built for the Recovery of Drastically Reduced Population Print Version

Colchis pheasant breeding farm has been built in Khobi and this reduced specie will be cultivated at 40 hectares of land.

Several thousand Colchis Pheasants will be cultivated annually for their reappearance in the natural habitat of protected areas within the country.

In addition to the reduced specie of the pheasant, other birds of various breeds captured in the Red List are also being bred.

Farm will facilitate the recovery of drastically reduced population.
