In a conversation with journalists following the meeting with the diplomatic corps accredited in Georgia, Prime Minister welcomed the statement made by President of European Council Herman van Rompuy in Brussels.
"Frankly, we did expect the European Union to expedite this process, and it is encouraging that the Association Agreement may be signed in August. As for meeting our milestones, we are fulfilling our obligations as fast as possible. This process is already underway, and we are convinced that everything will be in place by August. We do not anticipate any serious or alarming challenges. Everything is going well," Prime Minister said.
