Eka Kardava will lead Public Service Bureau. Kardava was presented to the given position by the Head of Government Chancellery of Georgia - Maia Tskitishvili. Eka Kardava's appointment order was signed by the Prime Minister yesterday.
Ekaterine Kardava is a highly qualified lawyer. She graduated Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University and Saarland University law departments. She has published numerous scientific studies in Georgian as well as European editions, holds a doctor of law academic degree conferred at Berlin Humboldt University. She is an associate professor and a visiting lecturer at a number of universities.
