On November 10, 2011, The Prime Minister of Georgia, Nika Gilauri, met with the Minister of Transport and Communication of Armenia, Manuk Vardanyan, at the Government Chancellery of Georgia.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Ramaz Nikolaishvili, the Ambassador of Armenia in Georgia, Hovhannes Manukyan and the Chief Counselor of the Prime Minister in Management and Economic Affairs, Vakhtang Lezhava.
