On November 8, 2011, the Prime Minister of Georgia, Nika Gialuri, visited Kvareli. The Prime Minister met with representatives of education system at Kvareli Public School No 2. Nika 
Gilauri introduced a new budget of education and the 10-Point Action Plan of the Government. The meeting was held at newly opened Geocell Class. As the Prime Minister pointed out, he hopes that "there will be 100 such classes next year."
"Next year, funding of the Ministry of Finance shall be increased by GEL 25 million. Schools shall be repaired and salaries of teachers shall increase. It is good, that the number of certified teachers is growing.
According to the report of the United Nations Children's Fund, condition of children, as well as healthcare and education in Georgia is assessed at a high level. Mortality of children is reduced and condition of children is improved in poor families," declared Nika Gilauri during his speech.
The Prime Minister talked about current processes, novelties and future plans in the field of education. in 2011, formula of school funding voucher changed that eradicated deficit schools and gave right motivation to school Principals to optimize expenses and attract best teachers.
As Nika Gilauri explained, according to the Action Plan of the Government that is intended for the years 2011-2015, the State will continue projects that serve to improve quality of education, introduce international standards and modern technologies, increase motivation of students and enhance professional knowledge of teachers.
Certification of teachers will continue and, consequently their salaries will increase; in the future, teachers will have more opportunities for their professional growth and their working conditions will improve.
"We are giving vouchers to 10 and 12 graders, we are giving 100% vouchers to helpless people for certain fields. Any other vouchers that are to be reproduced, depend on the test results.
GEL 7 million shall be paid to vocational schools that will develop private sector. Private and public companies shall provide right marketing," pointed out thePrime Minister.
Apart from this, Nika Gilauri handed a present from the President - iPad and a birthday cake - to a third grader of Kvareli Public School No 2, Nuki Avazashvili, for her birthday.
