Fourth Meeting of the Public Administration Reform Council Print Version

The 4th meeting of the Public Administration Reform Council, officiated by the Council's Chair and Head of the Administration of the Government Maya Tskitishvili, was held today at the Holiday Inn Hotel. The meeting was attended by senior officials of governmental agencies, the EU Delegation, USAID, and UNDP, along with representatives of civil society.

During the meeting, the Council discussed the outcomes of the measures carried out in six key directions under the 2017-2018 Public Administration Reform Action Plan: policy planning, public service reform, accountability, public finance management, policy for state service delivery, and the development of local self-government. The meeting also discussed the fulfilment of the obligations under the Georgia-EU Financial Agreement for Public Administration Reform. During the meeting, reports prepared by the Public Administration Bureau were submitted to the Council, and a presentation on the policy concept for the creation and delivery of public services was also held.
