The Prime Minister asked the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Davit Tkeshelashvili to report on this matter.

According to the Minister, reinforcement works of buildings damaged as the result of the earthquake will start one of these days. And, as to the persons whose houses are not habitable, they will be provided with temporary lodgings.

The Prime Minister also talked about the education sector - related problems.

"When carrying on a dialogue with people, several problems arose in the education sector. Especially it touched united national exams: a problem related to passing united national exams for non-Georgian-speaking citizens, study of skills in schools and uncertain number of exams for school leavers. I want the Minister of Education and Science Nika Gvaramia to advise the public on changes to be suggested to the Georgian citizens in the near future", said Nika Gilauri.

According to Nika Gvaramia, united national exams will cover even the fourth, optional compulsory exam. As to skills - related problem, skills course will be given in Grade 12. This course will be delivered by mathematics teachers. Pupils will be informed of the exam to be passed. According to the Minister, the statistics show low ratio of participation of graduates of Azerbaijani - and Armenian- speaking schools in entrance exams, and the ratio of passing is even lower. The said children will pass only skills exam, and we'll allocate separate finances and separate places for them. The mandatory requirement will be study of the Georgian language in an institute of higher education.

Following the talks with the Minister of Education and Science, the Prime Minister Nika Gilauri asked Bakur Kvezereli to report on vintage.
