More than 317 million US dollars will be paid to the budget from Power Facilities and Distribution Companies Tender. The tender arranged in the State Chancellery was closed on June 16 with the said figures. Eights power facilities and distribution companies submitted their bids to this tender. Among them are: TBC Energy Group; Laxtron; Energo pro; United service LLP; Inter Rao; Geo Steal; Falkon Capital; Sb Energy.
June 20, the Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli announced the winners - „Energo pro" and "TBC Energy Group", which submitted the most attractive conditions.

Gumat HPP - 45 000 000 USD;
Shaor HPP - 16 000 000 USD;
Rion HPP - 44 700 000 USD;

United Georgian Distribution Company - 85 000 000 USD;
Ajara Energy Company - 30 000 000 USD.
As tpo Kakheti Distribution Energy Company, "TBC Energy Group" which pays 5 mln 100 thous. USD for this facility will become the owner of this Company.
