On June 29 the Prime Minister of Georgia Mr. Zurab Nogaideli was in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Region.
At the beginning of the visit the Georgian Prime Minister checked on the progress of the current rehabilitation works on the dam of Enguri HPP. Zurab Nogaideli went down to diversion tunnel and met workers. According to Nagaideli, the arch dam will be finished on the 15th of July, and four aggregates of hydraulic power plant will be commissioned at the end of the year and the power supply of Georgia will be increased by 12%.
After visiting Enguri HPP, the head of the Government of Georgia went to Zugdidi, where he familiarized with the progress of rehabilitation works of the roads. The Georgian Prime Minister visited the Hospital and Nuts Plant in Zugdidi. Then he together with the President's State Attorney in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Region met the Heads of all regional councils and listed to the reports regarding the progress of implementation of the state investment projects.
The prime Minister inspected Senaki Pig Farm, visited Meat-Processing and Fish Plants in Poti. At the end of the visit Zurab Nogaideli went to visitors' house in Poti.
