Prime Minister Meets Representatives of Service Sphere

On September 8 at the Chancellery of the Government of Georgia the Prime Minister of Georgia Zurab Noghaideli met the representatives of those companies which are engaged in the service sphere. They discussed the President's initiative in connection with the occupational training program. The meeting was attended by the deputy labor, health and social affairs Nikoloz Pruidze, deputy finance minister Giorgi Godabrelidze and chief of the state agency for social aid and employment Levan Peradze.

This year the target-oriented training program provides training of 50 000npersons at private companies. The process of training will last for three years. And will be financed by the state - every person will be paid 150 GEL grant. In total for this program will be spent 24 million GEL.

According to Zurab Noghaideli next year in Georgia will be invested 1.5 billion USD that, in turn, will promote the business and consequently implies creation of new working places. Therefore, the Government calls to train people in the service sphere in order to form them as good specialists and enable them to get employment in future.
