Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, together with his spouse and children, visited an exhibition of Christmas trees on Erekle Street. Accompanied by his family, the Prime Minister also spent leisure time in the Rike Park, stopping at playgrounds and attractions for kids and browsing through the Christmas Fair. The children took a special liking to Santa Claus towering at Rike and the miniature zoo of ponies.

"Together with the Tbilisi Mayor, I viewed ongoing works. As you can see, some very interesting ideas have been implemented and everyone is happy. I wish all of Georgia a Happy New Year, happiness, joy, peace, and prosperity," Irakli Garibashvili told reporters.

New Year's celebrations started at Rike today and will continue through January 7.
