PRIME MINISTER OF GEORGIA TO HOLD A WORKING VISIT TO JAPAN ON MARCH 13-15, 2019
2019-03-12 Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia will hold a Working Visit to Japan on March 13-15, 2019. As noted by the Head of Government of Georgia at a press briefing held prior to the Executive Government Meeting today, high level meetings are scheduled within the scope of the upcoming visit. "Japan is turning into a sales market of greatest potential for the Georgian wine. Hence, we have been preparing for this for a long time. Exhibition titled as Georgia - Homeland of Wine will be officially launched in Tokyo. This is a huge opportunity for a country like Japan to not only showcase Georgia as a cradle of wine, but also as a country of ancient culture. At the same time, we will be demonstrating our business potential. You may well be aware, that attraction of investments is very important for us. I wish to particularly note the role of high-technologies in this.
