Meeting with Chinese Businessmen
2017-06-01 Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili held a meeting today with representatives of Chinese business companies. The parties discussed Georgia's investment potential and prospects of cooperation. As it was pointed out during the meeting, China is one of Georgia's most valuable economic partners and largest investor that enjoys a free trade agreement with Georgia. The parties hope that the free trade between Georgia and China will further cement their close cooperation. The conversation also involved Georgia's business environment, and special emphasis was placed on the growing interest of Chinese companies in Georgia. The meeting at the Administration of the Government was attended by Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Giorgi Gakharia and Deputy CEO of the Partnership Fund Natia Turnava.
