Tbilisi will Host the Silk Road Forum

On October 15-16, Tbilisi will host the Silk Road Forum, - the details of new Silk Road Conference were discussed during the today's Session of the Economic Council, which was held at the State Administration and chaired by the Prime Minister, Irakli Garibashvili.
The the first day of two-day Forum was dedicated to the Ministerial, during which the high-ranking officials will discuss the Silk Road Concept and the issues of transportation, logistics and trade. The second day will be devoted to the investment potential and specific projects.
200 guests, including high-ranking officials and businessmen will visit Tbilisi to take part in the Silk Road Forum.
During the today's session the Economic Council discussed the regional economic development plan. The Governors of Samtskhe-Javakheti, Kvemo Kartli and Racha-Lechkhumi/Kvemo Svaneti have presented their presentations.
