The 79th community center has been opened in Chiatura.

The community center will serve more than 53,000 residents of the city of Chiatura and the following adjacent villages: Katskhi, Mandaeti, Nigozeti, Perevi, Rgani, Gezruli, Vachevi, Zodi, Sarkveltubani, Sveri, Kvatsikhe, Tsirkvali, Khvashiti, and others.

The Chiatura Community Center will be the 17th such center in Imereti Region. Community centers are also operating in Satsire, Zeda Sazano, Geguti, Shorapani, Zeindari, Meore Sviri, Ghoresha, Kitskhi, Khevi, Korbouli, Khreiti, Didi Jikhaishi, Usakhelo, Tkibuli, Sachkhere, Kharagauli, and now in Chiatura as well.

Local residents will be able to take advantage of more than 200 public and private services in a comfortable environment. According to the so-called One Window principle, customers will be able to obtain a passport / ID card, register real estate, receive a cadastral plan, make use of archival services, etc.

Citizens can also take advantage of the print or digital libraries and free Internet at the newly opened community center.

The building meets modern standards and is accessible to persons with disabilities.

The construction of community centers will continue actively. The project is supported by the European Union.
