Prime Minister of Georgia Gets Briefed on Vaccination at Rukhi Clinic Print Version

Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia got briefed about the process of vaccination at a Clinic in Rukhi village of Zugdidi Municipality together with MP Kakha Kuchava, Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia today.

The Head of Government of Georgia spoke with vaccinating brigades and local residents. He stressed the importance of vaccination in his conversation and noted that immunization against COVID-19 is the key in defeating the virus.

As David Shonia, Principle of the Rukhi Clinic noted, 600 individuals are being vaccinated every day and so far over 20 000 people have been immunized at the clinic.

Republican Hospital in Rukhi village is one of the most sound, well-equipped state clinics of modern standards designed for 220 hospital beds. It has been fully engaged in the management of COVID-19 since the dawn of the pandemic. Vaccination and testing are performed at the premises.

Clinic renders services not only in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region, but admits residents from occupied territories as well.
