Major portion of our population lives in regions and they need modern buildings. Rural development will be among the key government priorities in coming years. It was announced by Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia at the ribbon-cutting of a House of Justice in Gardabani.

The Head of Government of Georgia expressed his gratitude to the Minister of Justice and his staff for all their efforts invested in the new venue.

"I wish to congratulate you all with this event. First of all, I congratulate the Minister himself, as it is his first event of such significance in the capacity of the minister. I wish to congratulate the whole community of Gardabani, as all of this was done for local residents. As noted, over 450 services will become readily available for them within this building. It is a very successful project. I wish to once again note that people employed here stand out with their high caliber of professionalism. They serve our citizens. I know that the Minister has very interesting initiatives - new ideas - which are developed for their incorporation in the 10-Year Development Plan of the country to further improve services and make them more vibrant for the benefit of our population.

I also wish to tell you that the major focus and key priority should of course be rural development, not only large cities of the country. That is because the major portion of our population lives in regions and they need modern buildings, advanced services and rural development will thus be among the key government priorities in coming years. Once again, I congratulate you and your staff, Mr. Minister. I wish to congratulate and express gratitude to everyone for their efforts, hereby wishing every success for future" stated Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia.

From now on, Gardabani residents will also be able to benefit from 450 services offered by the public and private sectors of the country. Jobs at the newly-constructed House of Justice were offered to 18 people in Gardabani. Existing staff from legal entities of public law (LEPLs) subordinated to the Ministry of Justice of Georgia will continue work at the venue, after relocating from their outdated offices.

House of Justice is a venue of a completely new concept for rendering services of the Ministry of Justice to the general public. It is a centralized space for a systemic delivery of public and private services within a comfortable space and through the highly qualified staff. Local residents thus get polite, efficient and quality services.

Event was attended by MP Kakha Kuchava, Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, along with the members of executive and legislative authorities of the country, as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps.
