The first floor contains consultation rooms, where visitors will be able to receive legal advice and information concerning notary services, as well as to make use of notary archive services and retrieve the desired documents.

Giorgi Gakharia and Thea Tsulukiani also visited Training Center of the Notary Chamber, where the theoretical component of the internship is taught in a modern auditorium. The Training Center is equipped with conference halls and a library, where interested parties will be able to peruse legal literature, Georgian legislation governing notarial activities, and international legislative acts.

The modern building is fully adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities.

The reconstruction of the new office of the Notary Chamber, which is located on Ivane Javakhishvili Street, began at the end of 2018. The street-side façade of the building, which is part of the unified development of Ivane Javakhishvili Street, has been fully preserved as a result of the reconstruction.
