"These youth may oppose each other today, but tomorrow they will need to build this country and whoever dares to instigate opposition between them will be charged with moral responsibility along with legal charges" noted Giorgi Gakharia, Prime Minister of Georgia while interacting with journalists today.

According to the Head of Government of Georgia, every individual suspected in violence - irrespective of the side they represent - should be punished. In the opinion of the Prime Minister of Georgia, it is a positive obligation of the state.

Head of Government of Georgia believes that there is no talk about public obstruction and state will not let it happen.

"First of all, there is no talk about public obstruction and state will not let it happen. Second of all, every individual suspected in violence - irrespective of the side they represent - should be punished. It is a positive obligation of the state. Third of all, counter-action and action are political assessments and every side labels development of events in their way of interest and benefit. Most important of all to me is the highly emotional background. Reasons leading to the escalation of emotions are plenty. Firstly, political process flows in the street instead of within the Parliament. Unfortunately, irresponsible people try to engage the youth in the emotionally charged process in the street and we should not forget that these youth are the ones that may oppose each other today, but will need to build this country tomorrow. Whoever dares, calls for or instigates this opposition will be charged with moral responsibility apart from legal charges" stated the Prime Minister of Georgia.
