Mamuka Bakhtdze, Prime Minister of Georgia visited the remodeled park in Gldani Micro-Distric 6 of Tbilisi. Reconstruction works were inspected by the Head of Government of Georgia together with a Mayor of Tbilisi.

Prime Minister of Georgia delivered a speech, focusing on the significance of green spaces in the capital city as a key priority of the Green Policy of the Government of Georgia.
"Creation of such green spaces was referred by you - Tbilisi residents - as a key request heard when we were working on the Development Program of Tbilisi. They are in high demand in our beautiful city and it is the main priority of our Green Policy. We need more spaces like this to raise the future generations in a sheer greenery. I am confident that this charming park will become the most beloved place for each of you and our children. You will find everything here starting from sports fields and finished with special recreation zones for our children - most precious ones for us all" added the Prime Minister of Georgia.
Head of Government of Georgia thanked the Mayor of the capital city and his team for the well-performed work and congratulated the citizens with the remodeled recreation space.
Amphitheater, sun-shields and fountain have been reconstructed within the scope of the rehabilitation performed at the park, along with the related infrastructure. Children attractions were also rehabilitated.
Grass has been planted at a land plot of 6570 square meters, surface areas have been face-lifted with a limestone, bike lanes have been drawn.
Concert was held tonight to celebrate the launch of the park for the local community.
