Investment opportunities offered by Georgia, ongoing reforms and key directions of US-Georgia strategic partnership were discussed by Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia with US experts and businesses today.

Head of Government of Georgia focused on the leading position of Georgia by the ease of doing business, low rates and small number of taxes levied in the country, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) concluded with largest economies of the world that make investors exposed to the largest consumer markets of the planet.

Prime Minister of Georgia also shared information with experts and largest US corporations on the wide-scale infrastructure projects that aim to transform Georgia into an economic, logistic and transport hub of the region.

Favorable geographic location of the country, achievements made over the course of 10 years of strategic partnership between the USA and Georgia, significance of advancing cooperation inter alia in the economic realm have been underlined.

Head of Government of Georgia also focused on the Euro-Atlantic integration of Georgia and particularly noted the significant support of the USA on the path leading to the goal.

Business Lunch of the Prime Minister of Georgia with US experts and businesses was held at the US Institute of Peace (USIP) today.
