We deeply appreciate Georgia's bipartisan support as an another demonstration of the all-time high level of Georgia-US relations, Georgian Prime Minister stated during the briefing before today's Government meeting, in his assessment of the recent visit by US Congresspersons.
According to the Prime Minister, directions have been identified with untapped resources for further developing the effective and close relations between the US and Georgia.
"As you know, a group of US Congresspersons, both Republicans and Democrats, recently visited Georgia. We discussed numerous important issues with our colleagues, including our implemented and upcoming reforms, and the challenges and pain we are facing because of Russian occupation. Our friends have a clear picture that will undoubtedly reflect in concrete actions, be they various resolutions or legislative acts to be initiated," Mamuka Bakhtadze emphasized.
