Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia observed the rehabilitation works of a Drama Theatre of Ozurgeti Named After Al. Tsutsunava today.

Rehabilitation works of the drama theatre are funded with 18 MLN GEL by Cartu Foundation and its completion is scheduled next year. Construction and rehabilitation works have created 120 jobs so far.

Head of Government of Georgia was briefed on the rehabilitation works by Niko Chkhetiani, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Cartu Foundation.

One of the most massive theatre buildings in Guria region was originally built in 1962 and it has since been a significant arts and culture venue.

Stage performance of Nodar Dumbadze plays will be premiered at the theatre upon completion of the rehabilitation works.
