Prime Minister and Koç Holding CEO Discuss Potential Investment Projects Print Version

Georgia's business environment and potential investment projects were discussed today between the Prime Minister of Georgia and CEO Levent Çakıroğlu of Koç Holding, one of the larger Turkish industrial groups. The meeting was held during the World Economic Forum.

The Prime Minister informed the holding's leader about the Georgian Government's initiative seeking to provide business with maximal support, also about Georgia's leading positions in the world's most reputable rankings.

As it was agreed during the meeting, Koç Holding will investigate Georgia's investment opportunities, followed by the announcement of concrete directions of cooperation.

Koç Holding, one of Turkey's largest industrial groups, is among the 500 wealthiest companies in the world. The group operates in the areas of energy, food, internet technology, hospitality, and electronics. Established 90 years ago, the holding comprises more than 97,000 employees and 10,000 dealers, and its annual revenues exceed 25 billion USD.
