Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili held a farewell meeting with Latvian Ambassador Jānis Zlamets. whose diplomatic tenure is about to expire.

The conversation involved successful Georgia-Latvia cooperation in a variety of areas. Special attention was also paid to ways to deepen bilateral relations in numerous directions, including trade and economic ties. The parties emphasized the importance of sharing Latvia's experience in the process of implementing reforms in Georgia, and the country's progress over the last few years was also commended.
