In 2018, Georgia will host the 15th anniversary meeting of the Council of Europe Sports Ministerial. According to the Prime Minister of Georgia, this anniversary session will be another opportunity for Georgian athletes to give a good account of themselves internationally.
Giorgi Kvirikashvili commended the growing pace of Georgia gaining a foothold on the map of international sports events.
"It will benefit Georgia in terms of enhancing its international visibility as a destination for international sports events," Giorgi Kvirikashvili stated.
