Georgia's Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili congratulated Leri Khabelov on his election as President of the Olympic Committee.
"I would like to congratulate him on winning the election at the National Olympic Committee and his election to this responsible position. Mister Khabelov is a five-time world and four-time European champion, and a winner of Olympic Games. He is a legend in the world of sports, and I believe that under his leadership there are more victories to come in the future," Giorgi Kvirikashili stated before today's Government meeting.
