25-bed multi-profile hospital with modern medical equipment was opened in Dedoplistskaro. Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili alongside with the Minister of Healthcare visited the newly constructed hospital. Pursuant to David Sergeenko, the new medical facility fully complies with the international standards. All types of medical tests will be performed at the laboratory under the hospital. According to him, doctors that previously had to work at the old, deteriorated building, were employed by the new hospital of Dedoplistskaro. Selection of new employees also continues. Medical personnel were retrained.

Prime Minister congratulated new employees of the hospital on continuing their career at the new, modern medical facility and hoped that the hospital would offer high-quality medical services to the residents of Dedoplistskaro and the villages adjacent to it.Services offered at the medical facility are covered by the universal healthcare program and the beneficiaries of the said insurance plan will be able to obtain various types of planned and emergency outpatient and inpatient medical care.

Hospital was built by state and the cost of the construction was 3 525 000 GEL.
