Construction of multifunctional residential complex and hotel (Porta Batumi Tower) was constructed in Batumi. The construction process was visited by Prime Minister today.
This is one of the most avant-garde project and the highest residential complex and hotel in Georgia. For the purpose of its implementation 70 million dollars have been invested. The design of "Porta Tower" is in line with the world-class standards and it was constructed in compliance with the highest criteria.
Construction of multifunctional residential complex and hotel in Batumi was initiated in June 2013 and will be completed by summer 2016.
"Porta Tower" is equipped with various sized studio type and two-three bedroom apartments as well as 12 penthouses with the view of the sea and mountains.
Alongside with residential spaces, "Porta Tower" is comprised of several building. Two-storey underground car park is available to the residents. 12 selling spaces are located on the ground floor. 100-suite-hotel with terrace restaurant and fitness spa center will be accommodated in the complex. Setting up of café and office spaces is also envisaged by the project.
