The next Government meeting was held in the Government administration on November 28, 2014 led by the Prime Minister where 39 issues of the agenda were discussed, 13 issues were added, 2 issues were postponed, and 50 issues were approved. 
According to the Government meeting amendment was made to decree N291 of the Georgian Government as of April 14, 2014. The amendment implies improvement of social situation and enhancing the quality of integration in the public for the disabled.
The aim of the amendment is to improve physical and social state and to increase the quality of integration in the public for the disabled (including, children), the elderly and the deprived of parental care, socially vulnerable, the homeless and children at the risk of abandonment.
In particular, additional 16 cochlear implants will be purchased, as well as the growth of the number of beneficiaries of the day centre will create the opportunity to satisfy the people in need as much as possible.
The number of beneficiaries of the service defined by the component of provision with food to the children at the risk of abandonment, children rehabilitation/habilitation, foster care subprograms and provision with wheelchairs and support to employment of the disabled.
For the people receiving the service of the day centre, including children funding conditions are improved and persons using this service will be funded fully with the social rehabilitation and children care state program (with 11 GEL for disabled children per day and 6 GEL for the children having no status of the disabled). The resolution on amendment to funding conditions was made by the state coordination council working on the issues of the disabled.
At the Government meeting today the ministry of economy and sustainable development within the state program "produce in Georgia" presented three new projects among which two projects are of intensive poultry raising direction. "Totally in this direction 60 jobs will be created, and in a year, a year and a half we will get 500 tons of chicken meet in the form of finished production. In addition, a new project is very important which will be implemented in Dusheti municipality, village Badichala. High-technology enterprise will be established which will produce orthopedic plates, also special bolts. Today orthopedic plates are totally imported and accordingly this enterprise will replace import", the
deputy minister of economy Dimitri Kumsishvili stated.
