In observance of Day of Mourning, national flag over Government Administration is flown half-staff Print Version


The national flag over the Administration of the Government is lowered om observance of Day of Mourning.

On the Georgian Government's decree signed by Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, October 11 has been declared a Day of Mourning, to commemorate the victims of the October 8, 2021 residential building collapse on May 26 Street in Batumi.

According to the decree, state flags are flown half-staff throughout Georgia's territory until midnight October 12.
