The State Program branded as Produce in Georgia successfully progresses.
✅ Incorporation of 493 enterprises has already been supported within the scope of the program:
- Volume of investments exceeds 1 billion GEL;
- Over 17 500 jobs were and are still created.
✅ It is worth noting that new industries supported by the program have an addition in terms of sea fishing, within the scope of which the acquisition of ten fishing vessels has been financed.
✅ Also, a program branded as Produce in Georgia supported the incorporation of 139 hotels with a pipeline of investments in the volume of over 460 million GEL in total. Over 3 700 people will get employed.
✅ Program branded as Produce in Georgia was added with a new industry in terms of service delivery in the sector of tourism in 2020, within the scope of which the first large project received co-financing thus pledging investment in the volume of 14 million GEL along with the employment of 200 more people.
✅ Grant financing program for micro and small enterprises is popular among businesses, within the scope of which:
- 6 212 projects were financed and number of beneficiaries exceeded 9 300;
- Co-financing exceeded 46.9 million GEL;
- Investments in the total volume of over 61 million GEL will be made.
✅ It is worth noting that a new state project branded as Deem State As Your Partner, everyone practicing or intending entrepreneurship or farming may gain access to state programs now with a one-stop-shop principle at Community Centres and Houses of Justice operating nationwide.
