The community center will service almost 32,000 citizens of the city of Vani and up to 50 villages: Mtisdziri, Shuamta, Kumuri, Tobanieri, Mukedi, Tsikhesulori, Zeda Vani, Gabidi, Salkhino, Dikhashkho, Sulori, Dzulukhi, Amaghleba, and others.

The local population will be able to enjoy more than 200 state and private-sector services in a comfortable environment. Using one-window services, citizens will be able to receive a passport/ID, register real estate, request a cadastral plan, archive services, and others.

Along with local residents, the center's services are available to guests as well, who frequently visit Vani Municipality given its high tourism potential. The opening of the Vani Community Center will further increase the tourism potential of Vani Municipality. In addition, free 24/7 wireless internet connection and a Skype room will be open to all.

The newly opened community center allows citizens to use print and digital libraries and free internet.

The modern-standard building is adapted to the needs of persons with limited abilities.

To encourage citizen engagement, the building features meeting rooms equipped with modern technology.

The Vani Community Center will become the 18th of its kind in Imereti Region. Similar centers also operate in Satsire, Zeda Sazano, Geguti, Shorapani, Zeindari, Meore Sviri, Ghoresha, Kitskhi, Khevi, Korbouli, Khreiti, Didi Jikhaishi, Usakhelo, Tkibuli, Sachkhere, Kharagauli, and Chiatura.
