122 HOUSES TO BE BUILT ON LAND PLOTS OWNED BY IDP HOUSEHOLDS Print Version

✅ Within the scope of a project funded by the German Government, 122 houses will be built on the land plots owned by internally displaced persons (IDPs) in West Georgia and Shida Kartli Region. IDP households will also receive grant financing to get exposed to sources of income generation after the completion of construction works.

► Eligibility criteria cover the IDP households who own land plots registered prior to February 1, 2020. Applications are accepted through March 16, 2020.


► Considering the needs of IDP community, 100 houses will be built in West Georgia, while 22 - in Shida Kartli region.

✅ Construction of similar type of houses is already in progress in Marneuli for 31 IDP households.


► Interested IDP households may apply for an inclusion in the project both by visiting any House of Justice stationed throughout the country or territorial service centers of the Agency located at the following addresses:

106, Aghmashenebeli St., Zugdidi;

27, Abashidze Ave., Kutaisi;

1, Sameba St., Gori;

5A, Tsurtaveli St., Rustavi.

► Project funded by Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), aimed at the resettlement of IDPs and their economic, social and educational integration is implemented by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC).
