In line with a Resolution issued by the Competitive Selection Commission of a State Inspector established on the grounds of an Order of the Prime Minister of Georgia, applications will be admitted from May 17 through May 26, 2019. Contest has been officially announced on the web portal administered by the Public Service Bureau - legal entity of public law (LEPL) (www.hr.gov.ge).
Applications are welcome from a capacitated citizens of Georgia with no criminal records, who hold university degrees in law and justice, with a career track record of at least 5 years in law-enforcement bodies or human rights, having high professional reputation and moral.
Competitive selection consists of two stages: screening of applications and interviews. Commission will select no less than 2 and no more than 5 candidates on the grounds of a compliance assessment and in line with rules promulgated in the legislation of Georgia. Selected candidates will be suggested to the Prime Minister of Georgia. Head of Government of Georgia will nominate 2 candidates to the Parliament of Georgia for the selection of a State Inspector.
