Crisis management legislation and human rights assessment as key directions in the Government’s study Print Version

The Administration of the Georgian Government is launching a comprehensive study into the Georgian practice of pandemic management, to identify problems encountered along the way, and ensure readiness for better managing possible force majeure situations in the future.
The study encompasses such important directions as applicable crisis management legislation, their compliance with international standards, and human rights during a pandemic, also accountability, transparency, emergency economic and social policies, and others.
