Sovereign flag of Georgia has been lowered on the Government Administration Building. In line with the Resolution issued by Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia, January 17 has been declared as a Mourning Day due to the tragedy originating from the leakage of natural gas in a residential block in Tbilisi.
