2016-06-27 Meeting with the President of the Swiss Confederation
Signing of an FTA between Georgia and the EFTA, bilateral cooperation in the fields of agriculture, tourism, and education, and sharing Switzerland's experience in the development of mountainous regions were some of the main topics discussed at today's meeting between Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Johann Schneider-Ammann, President of the Swiss Confederation and the head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research. The meeting was held at the Béatrice-von-Wattenwyl-Haus.

A two-day official visit of the Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili to the Swiss Confederation has started. Federal President of the Swiss Confederation, Head of the Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research Johann Schneider-Ammann met him at the Bern international airport.

On June 27-28 Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili will pay on official visit to the Swiss Confederation. Federal President of the Swiss Confederation, Head of the Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research Johann Schneider-Ammann will meet him at the Bern international airport. Official meeting ceremony will be held, the meeting of Prime Minister of Georgia and Federal President of the Swiss Confederation is planned.
