On 12 December 2008, Prime Minister Grigol Mgaloblishvili, the First Vice-Premier and Minister of Finance Nikoloz Gilauri met with members of the American Chamber of Commerce at Sheraton Metekhi Palace Hotel.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the draft changes in the Tax and Customs Codes. The Government of Georgia is continuing public discussions in connection with the draft changes in the Tax and Customs Codes. Meetings are held with various business organizations. At the meeting, Nikoloz Gilauri presented the Golden List, a program of changes in the Tax and Customs Codes and customs-trade partners.
